For those who have completed Emotional Resilience workshops 1-3, this Level 2 series is an opportunity to work deeper, learn different exercises, and apply your new emotional awareness skills to life.
Emotional (Re)Education is like learning any new skill – it takes repetition and practice. This series will build from Level 1 into a whole new level of transformation.

Emotional Depth & Discovery
This workshop will explore the next level into Aggression, Happiness and Grief with new exercises that deepen the awareness and understanding of each emotion. Release limiting patterns from the body and walk away feeling grounded, open and strong.

Workshop 5
Opening Up & Protecting Yourself
Strengthen your relationship with Desire, Fear and Revulsion and be guided to a finer sense of your intuition, including when to allow yourself to open up, and when to protect yourself. Learn to physically shift your emotional state when facing hardship.

Conscious Application
Learn to harness your newfound awareness of your emotional system for conscious application to different scenarios in your life, including professionally, in relationships with loved ones and any individual goals. We’ll tailor this workshop to the group.
